Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.

Book with clear signs of use
A CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record has been opened.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing for reasons not due to our fault.

Refunds:

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or lost refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Selling materials:

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit in the amount of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a Gift Certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give it to you later, we will refund the money to the gift giver and they will figure out your return.

Shipping and returns:

To return your product, you must mail the product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
